Add openmcyclus to software list

Summary of changes

This PR adds OpenMCyclus to the list of softwares shown on the group website:

Linking to https://github.com/arfc/openmcyclus
Using github embed as placeholder logo, as was done for SaltProc
Listing Amanda Bachmann as creator/primary contributor, in line with existing software descriptions
