Add additional installation instructions #193

The current installation instructions are inadequate for new users who are less familiar with the relationship between Moltres and MOOSE.

This issue can be closed when the installation instructions state:

[x] there is no need to compile MOOSE separately;
[x] the moose-tools and moose-libmesh versions that are compatible with the MOOSE submodule in the Moltres repository.
[x] the link to our moltres-users Google Group
