If possible, obtain the following data for CYCLUS simulation to improve accuracy:

I've managed to obtain most of the information for the reactors used in the Cyclus simulations. These changes are available in the commit. https://github.com/arfc/predicting-the-past/commit/a0855d38218c55edadd0f61e4f30fc79cab678b9
