Currently, Temoa's model of UIUC's grid doesn't include any energy storage systems.
We have considered several energy storage systems in the form of chilled water, molten salt, and hydrogen.
As UIUC has a chilled water storage system, the model must include this system.
Other storage mechanisms are optional and might be added to the model in the future.
This issue can be closed when the chilled water system is added to UIUC's model in Temoa.
