Add steam production technologies to Temoa's model #132

In order to reduce the pro-nuclear bias of this work, the model should consider alternative technologies for producing steam to meet the campus demand.

Some of those technologies are:

Concentrated Solar
Geothermal
Electric Boilers

This issue can be closed when such technologies are added to Temoa's model of UIUC's grid.
