03-03 presentation #166

This PR contains code for our presentation tomorrow. I have laid out all of our figures in the slides, but haven't put text on all of them. I would like help in adding this text. The current presentation is arfc-pres.pdf

If there is anything else we need to put in our presentation (model figure, other projects, etc), please do so!!!

There has to be a better place to put these presentations than this repository. In fact, for these presentations we should do either a powerpoint through box or google slides.

We had a conversation with @samgdotson IRL concluding that these presentation slides should not be hosted by this repo.
