Deform stringer and fluid meshes using Nek #24

This issue can be closed when the flat-top meshes from #23 have been deformed to create the pyramid tip of the MSRE stringer using Gordon-Hall blending (see Deville, Fischer, Mund 2002 Ch-4). Both meshes need to be conformal.
