Add analysis for comparing order prototypes are listed #130

This PR includes analysis performed to characterize the effects of how prototypes are listed in the input file when using a ManagerInst to deploy advanced reactor prototypes. Files added include the input files with different orders for the prototypes and a notebook for performing the analysis. The notebook contains the description of each input file.
