This adds basic testing of unrarall and runs the tests in TravisCI (@arfoll you will need to enable TravisCI for this repo).
Doing so should give us much greater confidence in accepting PRs and doing refactorings.
Doing this has led me to find a bunch of bugs which I'll report soon.
Closing as already merged.
