Formatting lost when exporting annotations

Dear developers,

Thanks for making this wonderful extension! I've updated to zotero v. 6.0.20 and tried to reproduce my previous extract annotation workflow into obsidian. However, when I try to export an annotation (mdnotes > create full export note), the note text appears without newlines / paragraphs / blockquotes. If I use the native Zotero function those are formatted correctly.

Am I doing something wrong with the hidden options?

I also tried changing the extensions.mdnotes.html_to_md to fix the issue (adding newlines)

But that doesn't work either.
