Added trigger escape signer
cancel escape
escape signer
added a dummy syscall to get block timestamp
Added testing file with relevant tests
Added relevant storage var and consts
cleaned up asserts

Given the current problems with structs I feel that this PR differs too much from the original code and will require too much re-write. Maybe we should pause it for now until we can properly use structs in the code? Wdyt?
