Added hover effect on social media icons

Related Issue : #1267

Description

The hover effect on the social media icons changes their background color to #454d5e, gives them a border-radius of 50% to make them circular, and applies a 5px padding. This visual change is designed to enhance interactivity without shifting the icons' positions.
