In this branch complete backend and frontend code for map view is added.
Functionalities : in default view state pointers with users count is shown where data is fetched from state api , pointer when clicked shows all pointers for district where data for all district users is fetched from second api and when any district pointer is clicked all users are shown and when any pointer is clicked their basic details are shown .
