[FEATURE] Sort datasets based on records left #4708

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a user, I'd like to sort the datasets in the home page based on how close they are to being complete, so that I can understand at first glance the progress of my projects.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a sort in the "Global progress" column that uses the number of records left to order datasets in ascending or descending order.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
