[FEATURE] update `__repr__` of `vectors` within records records #5344

Record card are awesome but the vectors don't add any value except forced scrolling.

perhaps we should add and expander like here https://huggingface.co/datasets/distilabel-internal-testing/fine-preferences-with-scores
