[DEPRECATION] Drop support for Python 3.8 in v1.3.0 #723

Description

Due to the upcoming EOL of Python 3.8 (see https://devguide.python.org/versions/), we have internally decided to drop support for it, since some recent libraries already come without support for Python 3.8 as mistralai/client-python or the upcoming argilla-io/argilla 2.0 SDK release.
