its possible convert those to stream links?

im getting Hd radio signals then i using a flask server to try to stream to tivimate, it plays , but only on pc. takes time to load one to other. using icecast2. for get stream link and ffmpeg.

Unfortunately I don't understand what you're asking. What do you want converted to stream links? What are you using gr-nrsc5 for?

Hello, I installed nrsc5 and it works perfectly. I want to be able to tune the radio channels, HD, these work in my area, to use them in tivimate, but I don't know what instructions I can use to make it possible. I can make it run on a PC, and I use icecast2 to stream them with ffmpeg but they don't work in tivimate only on the PC.
its tune one at time obviously, on pc i can tune.

I don't know if it's the right thing to put it here, but you have more knowledge than I think, thanks.

It sounds like your question is about the nrsc5 project (https://github.com/theori-io/nrsc5), not the gr-nrsc5 project. I'll close off this issue, since it appears to be unrelated to gr-nrsc5.
