Update Heroku Header and Description text

Requesting we change:

Header Geo-Cross-Walk to Geo-CrossWalk (no hyphen between Cross and Walk)

Description Current

A Geo-CrossWalk is a single file that provides a mapping between different boundaries in a given area. For example, given the latitude and longitude in LA County, this file provides its corresponding local city, legislative district, police precinct, census district and more.

Geo-CrossWalk is a spatial analytics service that links various local geographies with more established census geographies for a given point or address. For example, given an address (or lat/long pair) in LA County or New York City, Geo Cross Walk outputs local geographies such as city, legislative district, police precinct, census district and more.

What's the logic with calling it a Geo-CrossWalk? Some light googling seems to show that Crosswalk (lowercase w) is more common practice: https://www.psc.isr.umich.edu/dis/census/crosswalk.html
