Scrape emails of economics, quantitative public policy, urban informatics, and other prospective graduate students looking for high value dataset. Example webpage: http://economics.mit.edu/graduate/placement

Target output would be a google spreadsheet that we can use for strategic, non-spammy notifications about prospective low-bono projects and dataset availability.
