multiple "from" nodes per osmid

if "osmid" is granted for each segment of a network between two single node. why would there be either multiple "from" (or multiple "to")

Also, I do think the node cleaning is not perfect although Geoff told me that it should be. But let's do a thorough review of this issue and organize potential problems before we send an issue to OSMnx. I will get back to this in May and try to identify the cause of mismatching.

to further expand, for example, for row "1861" and "1862", it's an intersection. same location and same osmid, trying to figure out what the "from"s and "to"s mean.
