Hello guys,

This issue will be our discussions about meetings, if you have a question, sudden change of your plan, agreements about having a meeting, etc. All of this will be discussed in this issue. This will be easier for us to be aware about the news for our next meeting instead of sending emails.

Hey Samer, I'm a little confused by the WebCalendar reminders for the reserved meeting times. The ideal times we should use are Wednesdays at noon and Fridays at 1:00 PM. Can you confirm if those times match the reservations?

I looked at the paper in the capstone and our rooms are reserved on Wednesday at 12:00pm and Friday at 1:00pm.

Just FYI, Lucidcharts new add-ion for google docs allows us to add diagrams directly to our documents and we can edit them on our googledocs
