[ArgoCD] argocd-repo-server image pull from docker registry can fail

Hi,

we recently ran into request limitation on the used alpine image with a deployment on docker in here, which made the argocd-repo-server fail.

Can we parameterize that, so that we can define our own image sources?

With the new update of Argo CD this isn't necessary anymore so I'm just about to remove it.
