1) Remove http://fhir.org/argonaut/pama-rating-qcdsm-consulted. Provide guidance that the CDS Client should use the extant client id. 2) Remove optional http://fhir.org/argonaut/pama-rating-auc-applied 3) Cards are UI elements, the extensions.action array is not. Clarify. 4) Answer questions in Extra Notes. 5) Change CDS Client behavior recommendations from SHALL to SHOULD.
