In regards to which hook is used, could we change the text to match up with the guidance.md to state the "order-select hook or order-sign hook"?

In regards to which hook is used, could we change the text to match up with the guidance.md to state the "order-select hook or order-sign hook"?

I think eventually we'll want to test the full set of hooks, but don't want to over-commit for our first connectathon. Making order-select the focus of testing and allowing for order-sign in additional testing feels like the right balance to me.
