valueset daf-cvx doesn't expand #45

In the page: http://hl7.org/fhir/DSTU2/daf/valueset-daf-cvx.html the expansion is empty.

What's the best way to get the list of codes?

They are published by the CDC here: https://www2a.cdc.gov/vaccines/iis/iisstandards/vaccines.asp?rpt=cvx

There is no fhir terminology server support for them although we have a code system listed in the core specification as http://hl7.org/fhir/sid/cvx. The expectation was that the core specification would expand the code set. I will ping Grahame and the PHER group to see what the next steps are.

I don't know why the expansion is empty. The terminology server supports cvs. See http://tx.fhir.org/r3/ValueSet/vaccine-code/$expand

Eric: make a FHIR task for this.

OK - so it works now and will updated with the next technical correction for US-Core. Should be fixed for Argo data query too as well.
