The Argonaut Data Query Implementation Guide is based upon the core FHIR DSTU2 API and it documents the security and authorization and the querying of the ONC Common Clinical Data Set and static documents.
Most example queries like the following one for Observation point to the old SMART sandbox (or old Health Intersections server) and therefore no longer work. While they still serve the purpose of showing a full query URL it would be nicer if they resolved and returned sample data. Maybe the newer SMART sandbox at https://sb-fhir-dstu2.smarthealthit.org/api/smartdstu2/open is long lived and can be used instead?
