Length of hold needs to be an output parameter. ?
Scheduling team agreed upon time and stated in IG - i.e.,Hold is 15 minutes
Currently - It is documented as a Scheduler Business Rule - i.e., IG is silent.

hold use case - end user input.

optional operation in IG

no way to remove or release a hold - Need to add in a operation/patch or update to release the hold.
