Add Output support for Atomiswave games and Manic Panic Ghost in Flycast #173

Atomiswave games have worked in Flycast for a while, and Manic Panic Ghost now works in Flycast as of Flycast version 2.2, just released. Request that Output support for these games is added to DemulShooter.

I'll check that in a few weeks. Support for v2.2 with already working titles will be a quick fix

As for Atomiswave games (and pokasuka) ... I'll try, but success is not guaranteed
