Support for Flycast v2.2 #175

Was unsure if the pointers themselves are stored anywhere within the repo or if the MemoryData files are just added to the releases, in which case I found the pointer for Flycast v2.2 is 0x237BB90

The memory data files are just added in the releases.

Flycast 2.2 support will be added (as requested in #173) by adding the corresponding text file. I'm not currently at home, should be done in December hopefully
