Outputs support for Big Buck Hunter Pro #199

It’s a lower priority game to me but would like to have working outputs for it when you have free time.

Also, be on the lookout for “Pull the Trigger”. Recently dumped and appears to be working although I haven’t been able to download it yet myself.

Looking at BBHP manual, there is no genuine outputs other than start LEDs

So adding custom one may require some time, if possible at all.

I'll try to have a look in the future.

As for "pull the trigger", I'm not a magician so if a game is so secret that you don't even find it....😅 But thanks for mentionning it, although it's possible you'll have to do it again when/if it's comming out some day (because I'll simply forgot!)
