Outputs in this game only works if you turn on ball shooting mechanism in the service menu, otherwise no outputs are send

Hello,

Yes this is an expected behavior as the custom recoil outputs (which are not existing in the real cabinet) are based on the ball mechanism. So disabling it in the menu will remove recoils as well.
