Cursor is in left bottom when playing multiplayer with sinden guns #2

This is basically the same issue richardprothype mentioned. If I make the cursor and crosshair visible then I see that the cursor follows the gun correctly, but the crosshair moves in left bottom quadrant for some reason (and the smaller screen resolution the larger is this quadrant). I've tried different resolutions and different options but no success. I do use the same Demulshooter with Haunted Museum game and it works just fine. So is it a problem with plugin or demulshooter's implementation of hotd?

It appears this happens due to windows sizing, which in my case was set to 300%... Changing to 100% solved the issue.
