Make example flow definitions

We should think about some example flow definitions we want to include. Some possible patterns:

• A simple 2 state flow that does a transfer and compute actions
• A flow that makes a decision with a choice state (e.g. the ESGF flow)
• A flow that transfers a large number of datasets in one globus transfer and then creates individual compute function tasks for each dataset (historically this has been a common pattern at ALCF, e.g. ATLAS)
• A cleanup flow (inspired by the file cleanup functionality in Balsam). For example, give the flow a pattern (e.g. /eagle/my_project/runs/*.h5) and then delete all files meeting the pattern.
• A flow that does some exception handling around compute actions

Meeting Notes:

• need an example that more effectively wraps the setup pieces of flows (looked at cosmo notebook that user said was confusing)
• add some science specific cases (Tomocupy). Some users can assemble pieces, some will want very explicit examples
• how to capture work at other facilities? Flow definitions tend to be generic
• get an example from OLCF?
• how do we use outputs from different steps?
• what is our audience? what getting started examples work for different users?
• possible example: how to translate a PBS batch script to globus flows/compute
• another: translate Parsl or balsam workflow to flows
• we should have a hello world
