Multiprocess methods for Polaris GPUs split in different places #485

NVIDIA MPS mode is described under the PBS section of the docs: https://docs.alcf.anl.gov/running-jobs/example-job-scripts/#using-mps-on-the-gpus

MIG mode is described under workflows: https://docs.alcf.anl.gov/polaris/workflows/mig-compute/

These should probably be placed somewhere together. I don't think either the PBS docs or the workflow docs are the place for these.

I'm not sure who wrote either page.

There are other NVIDIA bits in the top-level running-jobs that should probably get pulled out as well (or moved into new NVIDIA-specific examples page to complement a new Intel-specific examples page).

It could go under running jobs, but a new section on Nvida GPUs might be a good solution if there's enough stuff that would fit there.
