Story

Added the following features to the custom health check

Added support for authenticating with GitHub to access private repositories.
Added resource customisation ConfigMap in order to integrate with the ArgoCD server
Added option to specify the Github repo base directory in ArgoCDExtension CR as spec.baseDirectory
Added handling for the deletion of an ArgoCDExtension CR.
Added handling for resource conflicts.
Added e2e testcases and steps to execute the same under /test/e2e/README.md
