Update Official Documentation (conflict issue) #605

Description

For setting up argocd-vault-plugin, the official documentation refers to use argocd-cm configmap. Where as in argo documentation, it shows as from v2.8, its will be depreciated. Its causing a conflict when setting up the AVP Plugin. Please fix the official documentation.
