"MORE" tab is not appearing

Hello,

Do we need to install ArgoCD and Argo Rollout on the same cluster to get this extension to work? In my setup, they are installed on different k8s clusters and functioning well. I tried this extension but could not see the "More" tab in the Rollout resource UI.

Versions:

ArgoCD: v2.6.1+3f143c9
Argo Rollouts: v1.4.1
Rollout Extension: v0.3.0
