Argocd does not respond occasionally #19179

I have a problem. After git library is updated, Argocd is triggered for deployment through webhook, but Argocd does not respond occasionally, so it is necessary to manually REFRESH the web ui to display the configuration difference OutOfSync. Looking forward to getting answers

Is there any hint in the logs about why the webhook might not have been handled? Have you confirmed that the webhook request was received?

I see that there is a request in the log, the repo-server is normal, but the service is not automatically refreshed
