Summary

Limit access to action buttons on dashboard

Use Cases

I am part of a large organization, and I would like to make the status of rollouts available to a group of non-technical users. However, I don't want to present them with the options to promote, restart, or abort rollouts. Effectively, I'd like the UI to be read-only, but maybe a more general use case is to control the presentation of each action independently
