Make resources usage data available for archived workflows #4836

Summary

Currently, the report section lacks resource usage data for archived workflows. This is a proposal to make it available

Use Cases

I see value in it as then we’d be able to store the resource usage value in a DB and then potentially can build dashboard around it using Grafana or other dashboarding tool.

This is not included in the report today because it was hard to do and I wanted to see if there was a demand for it. Lets collect some 👍 , or you could submit a PR?

Thanks Alex, I am unsure that I'lll be able to pick anytime soon. But, great it to be logged and see its demand
