Summary

I wonder how this would work, and what problems it might solve?

Provocation: If you want low-code, you still need to learn to code, and you also need to write a complex platform to run your low-code code. That platform needs much more skilled engineers to write and operate it. Ultimately, are things going to end up being more complex rather than less complex?

Many non-programmer researchers who would be interested in a low code tool. I am trying to develop just that using Argo.

Source and demo environment for Visual Argo Workflows by OuterMeasure.

Source for Flowify by Equinor, which has slowed down since 2023. Video demo here.

I wonder if gen AI is driving the declining activity on these UI editors. Personally it seems like I increasingly just "tell the AI bot what to change", then iterate a few times to get the desired YAML.
