The plugin doesn't seem to be compatible with the new way media manager inserts galleries into posts.

The shortcode format is now:

[gallery ids="10785,10727"]

Where ids is a list of attachment ids.

Any plans to patch this? I might be able to work on something but wanted to check first to see if this was on your radar.

Thanks for identifying this issue Adam. Unfortunately, we're not actively working on this plugin.
