Hand information over to plattform_thread #15

In order to get information about the deadline and the wcet from monitoring those information has to be handed over to plattform_thread once a task is created.

It turned out that the sched_parameter which was implemented in the focnados branch is sufficient to get all information mentioned above out of the system via genode-Monitoring. A patch with all changes needed can be provided via email.
