Arc and polyline

check these tools exist on vertical tool ribbon:

• [x] arc - place the devices in the to be positioned as an arc
• [x] line/multiline - places the devices in the to be positioned on a line

as shown on #307 and figma

arc needs some styling and field name changes, but it is working.
