upgrade react-leaflet to v4 #339

we use react-leaflet 2.5.0 that is not only not supported, it is also not documented any more. switch to version 4.2.1 (latest) and handle the breaking changes. work started on branch react-leaflet-upgrade

status: build is not breaking, but map clicks are not working yet.
