Voting system for premise types and position #258

Some arguments are totally messed up by unapropriated use of premise types, or bad branching. Sometimes «because» and «but» are inverted by people that didn't read well the types definitions. Sometimes a premise is under another that is totally unrelated.

A solution is to report a fallacy on the badly typed premise, and to create a new one of the expected type at the right place with the exact same text. Another solution is to propose a system for change/choose the type/position of any premise. (Voting system can be good for that, i think)

Problem is IMO that autor are the only ones that can affect the premise type and position. Consequence: a good premise can be badly placed or typed, just by misunderstanding of the arguman tool principles. Let the whole community, not only the autor, organize the tree and the types is IMO the best way to put the argumentation to a new level, where argument definition and logic representation are totally decoupled.

Users are then (1) argument bringer and (2) logic organizer, in two different and decoupled ways.
