Add total number of visitors to every argument #278

This would have 2 effects:

  1. More transparency = more trust
  2. People are drawn to what other people are thinking, so this would add also trust and credibility to the argument.

Should be made dependend on the number for now though. If there is not much activity this could back fire regarding point 2.
