We would like to keep track of performance in benchmarks. We should install CI to do so, similar to what we do in Lurk : https://github.com/lurk-lab/lurk-rs/blob/ab427f23a709e95edb656e6b29bd55f1e22424bc/.github/workflows/merge-tests.yml#L69-L205
