Renames top-level crate from Loam to Lurk and fixes #281
Renames lurk subdirectory to core to avoid use lurk::lurk:: confusion
Switches CI to run on merge_group and fixes #307
Uses composite Rust version checker action per https://github.com/argumentcomputer/ci-workflows/pull/81, and fixes token errors seen in e.g. https://github.com/argumentcomputer/lurk/actions/runs/11621885245
Updates to latest nightly
