GT6 has a few patches in the internal globus structure that we are using,
for building against OpenSSL 1.1. Sync this with how already fixed it in
the lcas-lcmaps-gt(4)-interface: all 'local' globus code is now in
src/gsi_pep_callout_globusinternal.h, we have pre-fixed the names of the
structs there with pep
